The Project Manager provides leadership to a team that is responsible for large-scale customer programs with multiple projects from scope of work development to installation. The Project Manager commands high-level visibility with critical Fortune 500 customers, key vendors, and manages the efforts for of a team dedicated to their program and other functional support roles. This role is customer-facing and is key to providing an extraordinary experience for Promotion Plus Sign Company customers.
Project Manager must effectively work with internal teams to coordinate with our Customer Brand Managers, Dealer Business Managers, Customer Project Management Consultant, third-party manufacturers, internal and customer vendors, and city/county offices and inspectors to ensure seamless delivery of program brand installation meeting our rapidly growing customer demand in the most cost-efficient way.

Location: These positions will be based in Canoga Park, CA.
Responsible for job completions within the project budget and deadlines set by the customers.
Provide exceptional customer service with very clear communication.
Communicate directly with the Customer and Brand Representative regularly and timely to report the job progression status.
Maintain department job tracking spreadsheet daily. Prepare the weekly reports for Thursday and Monday meetings. Manage and prepare Monthly WIP Report.
Participate and review in job Profit and Loss meetings.
Management, tracking and coordinating of site scope of work and contracts with both Customer and Dealer as follow:
Receive signed agreement between Customer/Brand Representative and Dealer Business Manager
Request approved by Customer Project Management Consultant to move forward to order survey
Request survey to be completed by internal Survey Department and track until completed
Submit survey to Third-Party Manufacturers and Project Management Consultant
Requests creation of permit pack by internal Art Department and track until completed
Review permit pack for accuracy and submit to Customer/Brand Representative and Dealer Business Manager for approval.
Creates estimate and forward to Customer/Brand Representative and Dealer Business Manager for approval
Request permitting deposit invoice to be generated by internal Accounting Department
Request permit to be completed by internal Permitting Department and track until completed
If post permit changes are needed, submit the revised permit to Brand Representative and Dealer Business Manager for final approval.
Upon approval, request material deposit invoice to be sent to Dealer Business Manager from internal Accounting Department, submit final approved permit to Customer, Customer Project Management Consultant, and Third-Party Manufacturers, and revise estimate accordingly
Submit final estimate to Customer/Brand Representative, and request progress invoice to Customer/Brand Representative to be generated by internal Accounting Department
Prioritize and prepare purchase orders for weekly approval, order placement with vendors, and request vendor material deposit or pre-payments to be generated by internal Accounting Department
Work with vendors regarding any issues with the materials.
Forecast the installation of projects, based on the projected ship dates for materials provided by vendors.
Schedule Equipment Rental and/or Sub-Contractors.
Communicate daily schedule with internal Installation and Manufacture departments.
Communicate directly with the Installation Crews to learn the job progression status.
Responsible for monitoring, reporting and resolving any go-back issues. Manage the completion of a project inclusive of the final inspection for billing on projects.
Initiate progress and final invoicing with Accounting Department.
Construction Project Management: 4 years
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excel, Word, and Spreadsheet experience. Working knowledge of Quickbooks and ACT Database is a plus
