We rely heavily on CRM technology to capture client data, manage tasks and assure that no step in a process is overlooked.
About the role
Our continued growth requires that we add a Service Advisor to our team. Working with the help of their team, a Support Advisor and an Intern, the Service Advisor will be responsible to care for a specific group of clients. The Service Advisor:
Works with Lead advisor on coordination of clients current plans and development of new ones
Reviews clients plans yearly to make sure they keep on track to meet goals and objectives
Helps design and construct financial plans and financial strategies in concert with their Service Team
Takes new clients through a thorough on-boarding process which includes fact-finding, needs analysis, and implementation. And then continually monitors new plans to make sure they are on track.
Helps service team with weekly preparation for all meetings, directing team to make sure all new account paperwork is prepared properly
Responds to client requests for service and trouble-shoots service issues
Ensures clients are contacted regularly according to a schedule and follows up to ensure service protocols are followed
Identifies new opportunities to enhance clients plans or to new changing needs or objectives
Bachelor’s degree (B.S. in Finance desirable)
FINRA registration with a minimum of 6 and 65, but 7 and 66 preferred. As well as California insurance licensing. Having your CFP® designation a plus but not required.
Quick learner of new technologies; committed CRM user and a desire to acquire new designations in the field.
