The primary function of the Exhibit Design Director is to create cutting edge exhibit designs that exceed client expectations while keeping in mind their budgetary restraints. You will also manager the work flow for three other designers. You will work directly with our Account Directors and clients. We require a team oriented person with good communication skills who can take direction from the client and Account Director. You must be a motivator who can inspire creativity. Our Exhibit Design Manager should enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and needs to show confidence in their work, yet able to take creative and constructive criticism. Must be proficient in 3D modeling and rendering software. Knowledge in Vectorworks is preferred.
Desired knowledge in:
Knowledge of graphic designer tools and software packages - Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Additional Requirements and Responsibilities:
Be ready for quick timelines and quick turnaround time frames. Strong conceptualization and creative skills. Strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Must be detail oriented, able to maintain and juggle multiple jobs at one time and adhere to strict deadlines.
Knowledge and a minimum 3 years trade show/exhibit/events experience.
