Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Analyze project schedules and evaluate project delays for schedule impacts using various scheduling software platforms (i.e., P6, P3, Projects, Suretrac, etc.).
Review and evaluate project documents to understand causes of critical path delays.
Prepare and communicate the results of forensic scheduling assessments in oral, written and/or graphical form.
Develop, monitor and update integrated project schedules (primarily with P6, but including the other scheduling software noted above), including baseline schedules, and coordinate with client project teams.
Evaluate schedule integrity, activity sequences and logic.
On project advisory services engagements, develop schedule and cost control tools for clients.
Assist clients with monthly reporting and evaluation of risks and opportunities.
C2G is seeking qualified individuals with a college degree in Construction Management, Engineering and/or related fields. Alternatively, C2G also seeks individuals with 7 to 10 + years of work experience in the field, with knowledge of construction and/or manufacturing industries. Experience working for a general contractor or as an owner’s representative in developing and maintaining project schedules is preferred.
Strong quantitative, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in scheduling applications, such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Experience in developing, updating and evaluating project schedules.
Understanding of contract documents, plans and specifications.
Detail oriented and can manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
