Under direction responsible for supervising and working with one or more groups or crews. Responsible for alterations, general repair and maintenance of buildings, utilities and equipment. Makes job assignments and follows up on performance. Maintains stock inventory. Promotes customer service/relations. Assures proper record keeping. Assures proper safety procedures are followed and maintains working knowledge of Building Codes, Safety Codes and Union Contracts. Coordinates projects with other Trades, Engineering and Design and Construction Departments.
