Job Summary The Research Technician will work on computational and physical models of mammalian development.
Job Duties - Work with biophysical models of developing mammalian embryos. - Construction of mathematical models of embryonic gene expression and biophysics. - Analysis of single cell mRNA-seq data and SeqFish+ data. - Integration of models and data to generate experimental predictions. - Dissemination of models and code to members of a collaboration.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in physics, biophysics, or a related subject. - Experience with mathematical models in biology. - Experience with programming in Python and/or Matlab. - Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Applicant should have previous experience with biophysical models in the context of development. - Experience with image analysis of embryos.
