![]() California State University, San Bernardino Overview Employment Status: This is a temporary non-exempt, benefited position through September 30, 2020 (position may be renewed annually based upon available funding, availability of work and satisfactory performance) Salary: $3,666.00 - $4,083.00 per month Schedule: 40 hours per week; hours will vary depending on need between 7:00 am & 7:00 pm, with typical hours being 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some weekends may be necessary. Project Description: The incumbent will perform the following core tasks: undergraduate counseling both academic and non-academic; data collection and analysis, outreach and success coaching for students; regular and effective communication with colleges, academic departments in the College of Natural Sciences (CNS) and student services offices around the campus. The over-arching goal is to promote student success outcomes including retention, timely degree progress, and graduation. Typical Activities The incumbent will:
