The Rachel Brem lab will need a research associate for a project focused on molecular evolution in microbes. The goal is to investigate the molecular determinants of ancient yeast traits manifesting as divergences between extant species. The day-to-day research work will require transgenesis, genome sequencing, microbial phenotyping, and computational data analysis. The associate will also serve as lab manager and carry out public presentations of research findings. Responsibilities
