![]() Associate Vice President for Operations and Capital Projects R506301 San Francisco Reporting to the CIO, SVP-Operations, the AVP-Operations and Capital Projects provides oversight for the planning and management of construction, maintenance, and support services for all campus buildings and grounds to ensure the optimal function and condition of the College's most valuable physical assets. Works with team and College constituents to establish quality of service and pride-of-place approach to our creative facilities. The incumbent facilitates short and long-term project planning and management for capital projects. Acts as the primary liaison for the College, coordinating with external consultants, architects, contractors, and construction managers. Collaborates with a cross-functional College leadership team to support the strategy and tactics for unifying the Colleges campuses in San Francisco. The incumbent must be a good facilitator, leading stakeholder engagement and communication as necessary. Additionally, the Associate Vice President (AVP) oversees the areas of Space Planning, Public Safety, and Facilities. The AVP provides strategic leadership and manages the operations, development, and safety of CCA's physical facilities to ensure current and future needs of the College's built environment are met. In this capacity identify, manage, and mitigate risk for the College. As a key member of the campus unification team, they work closely with the Senior Vice President of Operations, the Director of Campus Planning, Chief Financial Officer, the Provost, and other Vice Presidents and Deans to align college-wide goals and vision as well as maintain consistency between the two campuses. MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES: Facilities Operations & Capital Project Support - 50%
