Work you'll do
- Provide administrative support for contracts administered by a NAVWAR PEO C4I program office.
- Track and manage official contract related documents and data supporting government customers.
- Provide contracts support to the Contracting Officer (COR) for New Ship Construction (SCN) related contracts to include: contract changes, deliverables, and correspondence letters for the following: Terminal Conditional Acceptance (CA), Terminal shipping instructions, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) comments and approvals, Technical Direction (TD) letters, Requests for Proposal (RFP),Statements of Work (SOW),Statements of Objective (SOO),Not-to-Exceed (NTE) direction, Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) requests, Requests for Information (RFI),Justifications and Approvals for Other than Full and Open Procurement (J&A),Delivery Order (DO) close-out, and Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) and Request for Deviation (RFD) approvals and disapprovals.

Qualifications
Required:
- An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this position.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least (2) years of experience providing contracts management support to a federal DoD program office.
- Experience conducting market research, acquisition planning; cost and price analysis, solicitation and selection of sources; development of contract documents, and performance of all phases of contract administration.
- Familiarity with executing statutory and policy procurement-related requirements (FAR, DFARS, DoD 5000 series) in an ACAT I, II or III program).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- MUST BE LOCAL TO SAN DIEGO, CA.
