RESONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
•Work directly with the Design Director to manage overall project scheduling.
•Collaborate and initiate ideas with the project team in the design process (developing ideas, bringing ideas to the table) and in the production of interior architectural lighting design and construction documents on all project types
•Assist and collaborate with the project team in producing presentation materials and in presenting designs to clients and other consultants
•Assist and collaborate with the project team in conducting construction-phase activities including drawings, requests for information, document updates, project record-keeping
•Interacting with various consultants on projects
•Developing lighting design resources (vendors, professional sources)
QUALIFICATIONS:
•An accredited professional degree in architecture, lighting design – or work equivalent
•2 - 7 years of lighting industry experience
•Proficiency in Revit 2017/18 and AutoCAD 2017/18
•3D Modeling or rendering experience
•Fluency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
•Excellent attention to detail
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills and English proficiency
•Efficiency in Adobe CS3 (we use InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
•AGI 3.2 or other lighting calculation software
