Salary Details:
General Salary Increase (GSI): This classification will receive a GSI of 4% on 12/24/2023 and a GSI of 3.5% on 12/22/2024.
Recruitment Relocation Incentive: Executive management employees, as designated by the Director—Human Resources, may be offered a relocation allowance not to exceed $15,000 following criteria set forth in the Management Resolution Sec. 616B
Educational Incentive: An educational incentive of 2.5% for completion of an associate’s degree, 3.5% for completion of a bachelor's degree, OR 5% for completion of a graduate degree.
- Experience preparing budgets and approving expenditures; processing Request for Proposals, conducting bid analysis and approving purchase requisitions; and administering airport leases and contracts.
- Experience with interacting with community leaders, tenants and the public; and making presentations before community groups and public agency governing boards.
- Possession and maintenance of the Accredited Airport Executive (AAE) certification by the American Association of Airport Executives is required within two (2) years from the date of hire.
Desired qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/ university in Business Administration, Airport Management, Public Administration, Finance, or closely related field.
- Accredited Airport Executive (AAE) certification by the American Association of Airport Executives
