Position Description:
Capital Programs conceptualizes, plans, designs, and oversees construction of major campus improvement projects. In support of the nation's number one public university, our projects elevate and inspire students, faculty, and staff. Under the general supervision of the Associate Vice Chancellor, you will be a key member of the Capital Planning team and will play a vital role in our financial planning and analysis function. You will guide the analysis and assessment of campus programs, help to develop and recommend alternate capital projects, develop business case analyses, and assist in updating the campus debt model, among other problem-solving tasks.
