Position Summary
Full-time position available on or after March 6, 2023 in Building Maintenance.
Under the general direction of the Facilities Maintenance Manager, incumbent is responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of one or more small groups or crews consisting of skilled multi-trade crafts workers and assistants This position is a working supervisor who is skilled in one or more trades, including foundation work, interior and exterior walls, framing and ceilings, roofing, installation of insulation, HVAC and plumbing systems; electrical maintenance, repair work including work on low voltage control systems and renovation of various facilities and structures. Incumbents also provide comprehensive technical project leadership; act as key liaisons with customers; coordinate job estimates; and ensure supplies and materials are available for jobs.

Minimum Qualifications
Two (2) years of experience working as a journey-level crafts worker in one or more building trades including one year in a lead/supervisory capacity. Must have demonstrated achievement of journey-level skills equivalent to those acquired through the completion of an applicable apprenticeship program.

Salary Range
Anticipated salary will be $6,829 - $7,853 per month plus excellent paid benefits. Salary will depend on the qualifications of the successful finalist. (Full Facilities Project Supv range: $6,829 - $8,655 per month)
