Essential Duties:â¢Evaluate demand, enhancements, break-fix requests, and provide expertise & solutioning for allâ¢ServiceNow technical design on both documents and projects neededâ¢Support acceptance testing for SNOW projects and enhancementsâ¢Collaborate and execute testing for all ServiceNow sprintsâ¢Collaborate and execute testing for all ServiceNow upgradesâ¢Understand and solve IT and business area challenges relating to ServiceNowâ¢Support the creation of SNOW QRGs, FAQs, and SOPs in conjunction with IT communications and trainingâ¢Create SNOW dashboards and reports leveraging the SNOW Performance Analytics moduleâ¢Comply with proper internal controls as necessary to conduct job functions and/or carry out responsibilities and/or administrative activitiesâ¢Other duties as assigned.Minimum Education:â¢High school or equivalentMinimum Experience/Knowledge:â¢Req High school or equivalentâ¢Req 2 years Proven experience in supporting ServiceNow Application Suite covering ITSM, ITOM and ITBMâ¢Req Experience with development & configuration of service catalog items, workflows, UI policies, client scripts, notifications, surveys, SLA's, metrics, reports, and dashboardsâ¢Req Strong knowledge of project and software development methodologies / techniquesâ¢Req Ability to work independently or as part of a teamâ¢Req Strong written and oral communication skillsâ¢Req Strong interpersonal relationship building skills - able to work with a variety of people and groups in a constructive and collaborative mannerâ¢Req Excellent teamwork, critical thinking, analytical, judgment and interpersonal skillsRequired License/Certification:â¢Fire Life Safety Training (LA City) If no card upon hire, one must be obtained within 30 days of hire and maintained by renewal before expiration date. (Required within LA City only)Hourly Range:The hourly rate range for this position is $29.00 - $45.20.
