Position:
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, working closely with the office team, clients, and consultants.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within predetermined timelines and deadlines in the permitting, entitlement, and designing processes.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of local zoning codes, land use regulations, and building ordinances to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to facilitate the design process.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between office team (architects & draftspeople), consultants, and clients to ensure smooth execution.
- Contribute to design presentations and client meetings.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to enhance design strategies.
- Track active projects and their progress, follow up on inactive ones, and take notes during office team meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all entitlement and permitting activities, including documentation, correspondence, and approvals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong design and conceptualization skills.
- Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with clients and the current team.
