Job Summary
The Experience Design and Support division provides strategy, direction, and insights to UC Davis Health to evolve the delivery of exceptional, consistent, patient and employee experiences. The Voice of Customer/Employee (VoC/VoE) Organizational Consultant promotes and champions a culture that designs experiences to support customers' needs through partnerships. This role is responsible for gathering customer feedback utilizing a variety of tools and channels - quantitative and qualitative, for constructing compelling narratives and providing recommendations and insights on complex topics.
