Reporting to the Chief of Performance & Transformation, the Clinical Facility Operationalization Associate Administrator works closely with the Operations Team, Design & Construction, Planning, and Finance. The Associate Administrator is responsible for developing, leading and coordinating the portfolio of operational components for large capacity expansion projects (e.g. Keck Hospital redevelopment plan and Norris Hospital capacity planning). The Associate Administrator supports multiple complex projects simultaneously that occur throughout the Medical Center and ensure operational readiness for activation of major facility projects in partnership with executive leaders across the departments.
