The Capital Construction Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating multiple construction projects in hospitals and on- and off-campus outpatient environments. Coordinates projects for facility improvements through all phases including programming, planning, design, bidding, pre-construction, occupancy, and closeout. Develops, interprets, communicates and executes projects through plans and directives. Works collaboratively with USC Capital Construction and Design (CCD) and USC Real Estate and Asset Management (REAM), to ensure smooth operations of services throughout construction projects. Provides direction and coordination to contractors and sub-contractors to enable project completion within the Health System's schedule, operations, policies, and protocols.
