Director, HRIS and Project Management Office - Human Resources - Full Time 8 Hour Days (Exempt) (Non-Union) (Fixed Term)
The Director, HRIS and PMO will support and maintain specialized and internal HR systems, services, and applications used in organizations with customized or specialized needs. Provides development, leadership, and oversight for HR's Project Management and operations. Has responsibility for standardizing execution of projects, providing guidance on practice and application of project management, and ensuring successful execution of projects and programs through effective facilitation, tracking, and reporting consistent with project objectives and HR's strategic plan. Oversees the development and implementation of new or updated systems, reports and dashboards, and policies and procedures. In addition, incumbent is responsible for day-to-day support of HRIS impacting time and attendance,
