Under general direction, plans, organizes, oversees, coordinates, and manages the staff and operations of commuter rail services in the Maintenance of Way division; delivers maintenance services for track, signal, facilities, and contractor operations; verifies compliance to ensure effective performance of track, signal, rights of way, stations, and other SMART facilities; manages the effective use of resources to improve organizational productivity and customer service; provides complex and responsible support to the Maintenance of Way Manager in areas of expertise; and performs related duties as assigned.
