Responsibilities include:
Providing conceptual design and design support documentation as part of teams working on a variety of healthcare projects.
Supporting construction document teams and learning about construction practices on project sites.
Providing support to produce SD, DD, and CD Phase Construction Documents.
Providing support in Agency submittal and plan approval / permitting process.
Providing support in producing and processing Bid Phase documentation such as Bid Packages, RFI’s, and Addendums.
Providing support in processing Construction Administration Phase documentation such as RFI’s, Submittals, Shop Drawings, Bulletins, Change Orders, Payment Requests, Meeting Minutes, OSHPD and/or Local Agency documents, and Punch-List documentation.
Provide support in processing Project Close Out Phase documentation such as As-Builts / Record drawings, Close out Packages, Material and Finish samples/record.
Providing support with producing documentation for Healthcare Interior Design Projects.

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
3+ years of professional work experience.
Healthcare knowledge and experience preferred.
Solid production skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to coordinate with project team and consultants.
Extraordinary computer skills (strong Revit skills required, rendering programs such as SketchUp, and programs used to prepare presentation documents such as PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
Self-motivation and a desire to learn about all aspects of Architecture.
***Anticipated salary range for this position: $65,000 - $85,000; based on experience level.
