Staff Research Associate III / Lab Manager - CAR T cell projects
The Eyquem Laboratory is in need of a Research Associate /Lab Manager to assist with ongoing multidisciplinary CAR T cell projects. Our lab is interested in engineering next generation CAR T cell using the CRISPR/Cas9 system to enhance their activity, specificity, persistence and ultimately improve their therapeutic activity against solid tumor. We showed (Eyquem et al. Nature 2017) that targeting the CAR transgene to specific locus offers optimal CAR expression that prevents undesirable differentiation and exhaustion, which results in superior anti-tumor activity in hematological malignancies.
