Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Account Director to lead a fully outsourced, cross functional team providing strategy, technology, facilities management, project delivery, and transaction management for a Fortune 250 financial services company. Our Account Director will drive the strategic development and leadership of all Account Management Services, acting as the primary point of contact for the clientâ™s leadership team as well as an integrated team member. All Account Management Services will be coordinated, managed and tracked through the Account Director who will have full responsibility pursuant to the terms of the client.

Responsibilities
Account Management
Serves as the leader for overall account operations
Oversee account management activities and direct reports
Actively engage Subject matter expertise to bring best practices to our client
Operate in a fast paced, evolving environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Provide day-to-day leadership to the account staff
Establish a strong partnership with the client
Present written recommendations to clients including economic justifications, financial reports, and monthly summary reporting in line with contractual requirements
Strategic Leadership
Develop and gain approval on strategic plans, occupancy strategies and identified cost efficiencies opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures
Assure account profitability in line with corporate forecast and standards
Requirements
Bachelorâ™s degree in business, real estate management, or related field. Masterâ™s level education is preferred
7 â“ 10 years of successful leadership experience in corporate services or corporate real estate including global oversight for facilities, transactions, projects services and strategic planning and occupancy management.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to effectively facilitate communications at all leadership levels
5 years of experience in a cross functional environment
Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Lead a multi-disciplinary team of real estate professionals
Strong Real Estate financial analytical skills and understanding of financial concepts required
Highly proficient with MS Office Suite
Extensive knowledge and experience in resource allocation and implementation concepts
Must have both breadth and depth of experience in leasing, construction, engineering and all facets of property operation and building management
Must have strong management and leadership skills and experience with human resource and performance management processes
Excellent technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills required
Excellent written and oral communications skills required
CFM, FMA industry certifications recommended; other Engineering, Business or technical training or certifications a plus
Experience with critical system environments is preferred
Physical Requirements
Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day
May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner
Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand
Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
