OVERVIEW & HIGHLIGHTS
The Grossmont-Cuyamaca Community College District is seeking a qualified individual as a Athletic Field Maintenance Worker, Senior. The Incumbent under the direction of an assigned supervisor, perform a variety of specialized grounds maintenance work in the preparation and maintenance of athletic fields, surrounding landscape, facilities and equipment. Perform grounds maintenance duties related to the design, layout, installation, maintenance and repair of irrigation systems; application of toxic chemicals for pest, insect and weed control. Prepare, measure, mix, and finish cement areas and complete minor construction projects for athletic areas. Type of position: Full-Time Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Salary: Range CL-29
$23.26 - $29.09 Hourly
$4,032 - $5,042 Monthly (based on 40 hours per week)
Initial Salary Placement: New employees start at Step A ($23.26 per hour) or B ($24.59 per hour) on the salary schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Graduation from high school or equivalent supplemented with additional training in landscape technology or a related field.
