Assistant Director, Hospital Zone and Mechanical Systems
Position SummaryThe Assistant Director, Hospital Zone and Mechanical Systems will report directly to the Director of Maintenance & Alterations (M&A) with a dotted line to the Director of Healthcare Facilities. Incumbent directs the Hospital Zone (HK) including the utilities function to develop and implement cost effective and efficient delivery of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems related infrastructure services to the Health Care Systems and patient care areas. Assistant Director has the authority and managerial responsibility for a multi-trade staff consisting of Electrical, Plumbing and Utilities trades.
