POSITION INFORMATION Under general supervision, the Associate Civil Engineer performs difficult professional civil and technical engineering/geological work related to water resources, flood control, or water supply and water treatment facilities and systems. This position also has lead responsibility which involves, but is not limited to, assigning, scheduling, monitoring, training and reviewing the work of assigned personnel. The Associate Civil Engineer will be assigned to an entire project and, within established administrative limits and time schedules, will plan, organize and/or execute the project with a minimum of supervision or will have responsibilities for program operations.
