Position Information: Under the direction of the Facilities Services Assistant Director of Project Management, the Project Policy Analyst provides administrative and analytical support to the Project Management team, and on occasion to the Planning, Design, and Construction (PD&C) team. This position supports the coordination, efficiency, and productivity of projects managed by the Project Management team using Smartsheets and other industry-specific software. To support projects moving forward in alignment with project timelines, the Analyst supports the needs of the project management team and identifies administrative obstacles to maintain the timeline. In addition, the Analyst may make recommendations to the project management team regarding issues concerning short and long-term project timelines, contracts, tracking project expenses, permits, etc. The Analyst approaches work challenges and obstacles with a solution-oriented mindset.
UC Riverside's Facilities Services is recruiting for a Project Policy Analyst 2. The full salary range for the Project Policy Analyst 2 is $26.82 - $46.17 per hour. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.

Department Custom Scope Under the direction of the Facilities Services Assistant Director of Project Management, the Project Policy Analyst provides administrative and analytical support to the Assistant Director and the project management team. This position occasionally interacts with and provides some support to the campus' Planning, Design, and Construction (PD&C) department. To support projects moving forward in alignment with projected timelines, the Project Policy Analyst anticipates the needs of the project management team and proactively addresses them, and identifies administrative obstacles to maintaining the timeline. The analyst interacts with clients during project intake and then tracks the projects using Smartsheet software to increase the team's productivity and overall cohesion.
