JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, ground, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company&#xe2;&#8482;s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
