We offer a structured 4-month mentorship program designed to help you build confidence, strengthen your clinical and surgical skills, and transition successfully into practice life. Advanced Medical Support

Our hospital is committed to providing high-quality medicine with access to exceptional resources and specialty support, including:

• Board-certified surgical support for orthopedic and advanced soft tissue procedures
• Radiologist-reviewed imaging
• Cardiology consultations and echocardiograms
• Mobile internal medicine services including:
  • Endoscopy
  • Bronchoscopy
  • Laparoscopy
  • Ultrasound

You’ll be supported by a team that prioritizes excellent medicine and provides the tools needed to practice at a high level.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package designed to reward and support our veterinarians.

Compensation Includes:

• $160,000–$220,000 base salary
• Sign-on bonus up to $10,000
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000
• No production quotas or negative accrual
